Dashboard and navigation
What it is for
The dashboard is the starting point after sign-in. Staff with full access see shortcuts to every area; ambassadors and regional leaders see links straight into the contacts and map for their own region or areas.

Everywhere in the app
- Search fields filter as you type.
- Error messages include a short code (the request id). Include it when you report a problem; it lets the developers find exactly what happened.
- Exports (CSV) download when you click the button and never run on their own.
- The dev banner (yellow bar) means you are on the development site.
