Email templates
What it is for
A template is the design and wording of an email, saved so it can be sent as a campaign now or reused later: a newsletter layout, a prayer-letter format, an event invitation.
Before you start
- Templates access.
Steps: create a template
-
Open Templates → New template. Name it and choose how to build it:

Steps: start from an AI draft
-
In a new template click Draft with AI.
-
Describe the email (purpose, audience, tone, key points). Generation takes a few seconds.
-
Review and edit the draft; it is a starting point, not a finished email.

Steps: send a test
- Click Send test, enter your own email, send.
- Check it in your inbox (and spam). Test sends are the only emails that leave the development site.
Tips
- Duplicate a template to make a variant without touching the original.
- Keep the unsubscribe footer; it is added automatically and is required by law.
- Images are hosted by EMAW; do not paste images from other websites.
- A template is not sent by itself: create a campaign that uses it.
