What it is for
EMAW Admin is the staff app. Because it holds the contact database, it sits behind two doors: Cloudflare Access (your Google Workspace account) and your own admin account.
| Environment | Address | Use it for |
|---|---|---|
| Production | https://admin.everymanawarrior.cc | real work |
| Development | https://admin-dev.everymanawarrior.cc | trying things out; data is a copy and email sending is restricted |
Before you start
- A Google account ending in
@everymanawarrior.com. - An EMAW account that has been given admin access (ask the person who onboards staff; see Access and permissions). If you do not have one, create it on the website first with the same email, then ask for access.
Steps
-
Open the address. Cloudflare asks you to sign in with Google. Choose your work account.

Tips and troubleshooting
- Cloudflare refuses my Google account: it is not a Workspace account, or you chose a personal Gmail. Pick the work account.
- "Not allowed" after the EMAW login: your account exists but has not been granted admin access yet.
- Signed out after a while: sessions expire; sign in again. Nothing is lost except unsaved edits.
- Dev banner at the top: you are on the development site, which is fine for practice.
- Sign out from the menu under your name; this also ends the backend session.
