Scripture memory

What it is for

The Verse Memory tab holds the verses you are memorising, grouped in collections, with five ways to practise and a tool to find a verse for any situation.

Before you start

  • Signed in. The study's standard verses are already in your collections; you can add any others.

Steps: see your verses

  1. Open Verse Memory → All verses. Search, or filter by collection.

  2. Tap a verse to see it in full, hear it read aloud (play), mark it memorised, move it between collections, or remove it.

Steps: add a verse

  1. Verse Memory → Add verse.

  2. Pick the book, chapter and verse(s). The text is filled in from your default Bible version.

  3. Choose a collection (optional) and tap Add.

Tips and troubleshooting

  • The first time you use Audio practice the app asks for microphone permission.
  • Verse audio is read in your default version; change it under Settings.
  • Verse Finder needs a connection; it uses the ministry's AI service and may take a few seconds.
