Your account

What it is for​

One account works on the website, in the EMAW mobile app and in the web app. On the website it shows your orders, registrations and gifts, and it lets you jump into the web app without signing in again.

Before you start​

  • An email address you can read, or a Google account.

Steps: create an account​

  1. Click Account (top right), then Sign up.

  2. Enter your email and choose a password, or click Continue with Google.

  3. With email, a 6-digit code is sent to you. Enter it to finish.

Steps: sign in​

  1. Click Account, then Sign in.

  2. Email and password, or Continue with Google.

Steps: forgot your password​

  1. On the sign-in page click Forgot password.
  2. Enter your email; a 6-digit code arrives. Enter it with a new password.

This also works for accounts created with Google that want to add a password.

Your history​

Open Account. Tabs show Orders, Registrations and Gifts, including purchases made with the same email before you created the account.

Under Settings you can change your password and link or unlink Google.

Steps: open the EMAW app​

  1. Signed in, click Open the app (in the account menu or on the home page).
  2. The web app opens in a new tab, already signed in.

If the link does not work (for example it was left open for more than a minute), click it again from the website.

Tips and troubleshooting​

  • No code email: check spam; click Resend. You can also change the email if you mistyped it.
  • "Account linked to another identity" when using Google: that Google account is already attached to a different EMAW account. Sign in to that one instead.
  • Deleting your account is done in the mobile or web app under Settings.
