Store and checkout

What it is for​

Buy EMAW study books and resources directly on the website. Orders are shipped by our fulfilment partner; you get a confirmation email, and a shipping email with tracking when it leaves the warehouse.

Before you start​

  • A card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and others). Card details are handled by Stripe; EMAW never sees your card number.
  • A shipping address in a country the store ships to.
  • You do not need an account. If you are signed in, the order is added to your account history.

Steps​

  1. Open Store. Use the language filter to show English or Spanish editions.

  2. Click a book to see its description, then Add to cart. Adjust the quantity if you are buying for a group.

  3. Open the cart (icon in the navigation bar). Check quantities. You can tick the box to receive ministry emails.

  4. Click Checkout. Enter your email and shipping address. Once the address is complete, shipping options and prices appear; pick one.

  5. Enter your card details and click Pay.

  6. You land on the confirmation page with your order number, and a confirmation email arrives within a few minutes.

Tips and troubleshooting​

  • Shipping options do not appear: the address is incomplete, or the country is not served. Check every field.
  • Payment declined: the bank refused it. Try another card; nothing was charged.
  • No confirmation email: check spam. If the confirmation page showed an order number, the order exists; email support with that number.
  • Need to change or cancel an order: email support@emaw-app.com as soon as possible; once the warehouse has it, it ships.
  • Large orders for a group or church: the ministry sees these and may reach out to help you get started.
